How do I get access?

Diatech Make is free to try. Sign in with your Diatech account, or choose "Create account" on the sign-in screen to make one; the editor opens as soon as you are signed in.

It says I'm already logged in on a different machine.

Each seat works in one browser at a time. Choose Switch here to move your session to this browser; the other one is signed out.

Where are my designs saved?

On your own computer. In Chrome and Edge, Save and Open use your real files through the browser's file picker; in other browsers designs are kept in the browser's storage and Save As downloads a copy. Designs with uploaded meshes save as a single .dsb package so they travel with everything they need. Unsaved work is autosaved in the browser, and the editor offers to restore it after a crash or a closed tab.

Which browser should I use?

A current desktop version of Chrome or Edge gives the full experience, including saving straight to your files. Diatech Make can also be installed from the browser as an app.

Can I bring in files from Rhino or JewelCAD?

Yes. Import .3dm and .jcd files, or upload STL and other meshes, and keep designing on top of them.

How accurate are the weight and price in the report?

They are computed from the exact geometry, your chosen alloy and your organization's price book, but they are estimates. Always check a design before it goes to casting.

Can I use Diatech Make from an AI assistant?

Yes. Add https://make.diatech.ai/mcp as a custom connector (MCP server) in your assistant and sign in with your Diatech account when it asks. The assistant can then read the language reference, write designs, render them and check their fit.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Your saved designs are in your own files and browser, so deleting them there removes them. To close your account or ask what we hold, email support@diatech.ai. See the Privacy Policy for details.
